Primo Jewels’ first priority is your satisfaction. Our return policy gives you 30 days to review the item. If you are not totally pleased for any reason you may return the jewelry item for a refund or exchange. The following is the requirements for the 30 days return policy:
• All original tags must be attached to the merchandise.
• Returns will not be accepted without original tags and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• All jewelry must be returned in its original condition and must not show signs of wear or damage or alteration in order to receive a refund or exchange.
• All returns must be shipped via united states postal service.
• We will only accept returns & exchanges to our po box. We recommend using delivery confirmation to track the package and apply postage to the package.
• All sale items are non-refundable, exchange only within 10 days of the invoice.
• All returns that qualify for a refund will have shipping charges deducted from the credit of the return if the sale amount goes below the minimum for free shipping
• All returns must be received with 30 days from invoice date
• All returns must include the original invoice or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• All returns must be packaged carefully, same type of packaging as when received.
